Education Program Manager

About the role

Efekta, which provides AI-powered learning technology alongside human teachers, is hiring a Program Manager in Karachi (work from home) to join its EMEA team. This is one of the first hires on the ground to project manage major education projects, with a focus on the public sector and education institutions, helping large institutions improve students' intercultural communication and language skills. The role reports to the Head of Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and implement learning programs involving thousands of learners, building client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Work with current or potential clients to define KPIs, success criteria and deliverables, and identify actions for continuous improvement.
• Report to clients on program success to drive results, achieve renewals and grow accounts, while monitoring KPIs and account plans.
• React quickly to problems with creative solutions and share best practices with other team members.
• Advise Sales teams on project management during tenders and negotiations.
• Travel about 30-50% of the time to visit clients.

Required profile

• Experience in K-12 education, especially in the public sector, is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in education, public policy/management, international relations, economics or a similar field preferred.
• Fluency in Urdu and excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, relational and influencing skills.
• Personal drive, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for learning and language.

Required skills

• Confidence with technology platforms such as Salesforce.
