Educational Consultant – Student & Immigration Advisor

About the role

Platinum Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Consultant to join our Faisalabad office. You will guide students and professionals through the entire journey of studying abroad, from selecting programs to securing visas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling on international education options and immigration pathways.
• Assist clients with university applications, scholarship submissions, and visa documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations for destinations such as the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, and Europe.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, answering queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for each client.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Proven experience in educational consulting or student advising.
• Strong consulting and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements (preferred).
