About the role

As an Educational Counselor you will guide students in selecting suitable overseas programmes and destinations, helping them make informed decisions that align with their career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized counselling to students on international study options, courses, and universities.
• Assess client needs, goals and academic background to recommend appropriate programmes.
• Conduct informative sessions and public‑speaking events to promote study‑abroad opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and use proprietary tools such as TimesCourseFinder for data‑driven advice.
• Assist students with admission and visa processes, ensuring compliance with requirements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional confidence when interacting with clients and meeting measurable targets.
• Commercial awareness, maturity and long‑term career ambition in the education sector.
• Leadership experience (e.g., student societies, internships, entrepreneurial projects) is an advantage.
