Electrical Engineer Trainee

About the role

Nextbridge is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer Trainee to join its engineering team. This position is designed for recent graduates who want to develop hands‑on experience in electrical engineering, automation, embedded systems, and industrial control.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Support the development and implementation of motor‑control applications.
• Participate in embedded‑system development and testing activities.
• Work with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Modbus, RS‑485) for device interfacing and system integration.
• Contribute to system testing, commissioning, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical issues and improve performance.
• Follow engineering standards, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Required skills

• Control Systems knowledge.
• Motor Control knowledge.
• Basic understanding of Embedded Systems.
• Familiarity with UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Modbus, RS‑485 communication protocols.
