Electrical Supervisor – Solar Installation

About the role

Royal Solar Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead solar installation projects on site. You will ensure that all electrical and solar system installations meet company standards, safety regulations, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise solar installation work at project sites.
• Ensure proper installation of standard solar structures (P1, P2, L2 & L3).
• Manage technicians and labor teams efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical and installation issues on‑site.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the project.

Required profile

• FSc or DAE in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of off‑grid, hybrid, and on‑grid solar system installations.
• Ability to configure mobile Wi‑Fi for site communications.
• Good technical understanding of electrical and solar systems.
• Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred.
