Project Manager - Finishing Works

About the role

Deluxe Furnishing is looking for an experienced Project Manager for finishing works in Lahore. The role leads and oversees the execution of finishing projects, managing large teams so that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The candidate works closely with stakeholders to plan, schedule and control project costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project to track milestones and deadlines.
• Manage and coordinate teams involved in finishing works to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee finishing works including drywall and suspended ceiling installation, surface preparation, paint application, tile fixing and glazing.
• Monitor progress continuously and give regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks and issues.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project costs and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Manage contracts and coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure works meet regulatory and company standards and maintain a safe, organised work environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities, changes and approvals, and improve project processes.

Required profile

• At least eight years of relevant experience in finishing works execution and project management.
• Ability to manage large teams and handle detailed, accurate reporting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Civil engineering qualification (B-Eng Civil, B-Tec Civil or DAE Civil) preferred.
