Email Marketing Specialist – Cold Outreach

About the role

Cosmo Inc., a strategy‑driven marketing agency, is seeking a results‑oriented Email Marketing Specialist to design and run high‑performing outbound email campaigns. The focus is on generating qualified leads and booking meetings through personalized, research‑backed outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and launch cold email sequences targeting decision‑makers.
• Research prospects and personalize messaging at scale.
• Segment lead lists by industry, role and intent.
• Set up and manage cold email tools such as Snov and Apollo.
• Monitor deliverability, warm‑up domains and avoid spam filters.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, CTAs and sequences.
• Track and report metrics: open rate, reply rate, positive responses and booked calls.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with offers and ICPs.
• Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience in cold email outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and convey complex services.
• Goal‑oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data‑management practices.
