Email Marketing Specialist - Night Shift

About the role

Fleekbiz is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to run its outbound email engine on a night shift. You will own the full lifecycle of prospect list building, cold‑email sequencing, and performance optimisation for AI development and custom software services targeting North‑American SMBs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain verified prospect lists using lead‑generation platforms such as Apollo.
• Own the cold‑email engine end‑to-end: domain warm‑up, deliverability monitoring, sequence setup, A/B testing of subject lines and copy, and continuous iteration.
• Configure and operate cold‑email platforms (e.g., Instantly) from scratch.
• Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and ICP qualification across two brands.
• Track, analyse, and report top‑of‑funnel metrics including deliverability, open, reply, and qualified response rates.
• Refine copy, subject lines and outreach angles based on performance data.
• Hand over warm responses to the sales team for closing.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on B2B email marketing or outbound sales operations experience.
• Proven ownership of cold‑email programmes with a focus on deliverability and A/B testing.
• Strong written English for crafting and iterating cold‑email copy.
• Self‑directed, able to manage a daily rhythm without micromanagement.

Required skills

• Experience with at least one cold‑email platform (e.g., Instantly).
• Experience with a lead‑generation tool (e.g., Apollo).
• Knowledge of email‑deliverability fundamentals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm‑up, sender reputation.
• A/B testing and copy optimisation.
