Email & SMS Campaign Coordinator (Global)

About the role

We are a retention‑first marketing agency that partners with fast‑growing e‑commerce brands. The Email & SMS Campaign Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld across modern lifecycle platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage campaign timelines, update Asana tasks, and keep assets, briefs, and calendars organized.
• Communicate proactively with strategists, project managers, and creatives; join client calls for status updates.
• Build email and SMS campaigns, set up segmentation, tagging, UTMs, and filtering logic.
• Schedule campaigns and flows according to the marketing calendar.
• Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues and conduct full QA (links, rendering, device checks, dynamic content, formatting, scheduling).

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or working inside modern email/SMS platforms.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive with a fast‑moving execution style.
• Comfortable working with process‑heavy, detail‑driven tasks and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Available to work US business hours (9 am–5 pm CT, MT, or PT).
