Engineering Manager - AI

About the role

Software Finder is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of its AI‑powered web platform. The role combines hands‑on full‑stack engineering with people leadership, driving technical strategy and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and continuously improve secure, scalable web applications using modern full‑stack technologies.
• Lead a team of engineers, mentor developers and promote best practices, code quality and continuous learning.
• Design and implement hybrid server/serverless solutions with Supabase, including authentication, real‑time databases, edge functions and vector storage.
• Develop front‑end features with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Ensure type‑safe back‑end services with TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, tRPC and Zod.
• Integrate AI components such as large language models and retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines.
• Connect third‑party services (Amazon APIs, Google Authentication, Google Analytics, email platforms) and maintain monitoring with Datadog and Sentry.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and enforce DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years of full‑stack web development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for AI‑driven products.
