Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and support our engineering teams. The role combines strong technical insight with strategic oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear visibility and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project progress through structured tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, give constructive feedback, and identify growth opportunities for teams and individuals.
• Identify bottlenecks and delivery risks, and help teams resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and external stakeholders to define scope, technical approach, and resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve execution across large‑scale initiatives using engineering metrics.
• Use data to drive decisions, measure performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate progress review meetings to ensure visibility and accountability for deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with proven engineering leadership in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to align multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, outcome‑focused mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
