Engineering Sales Executive

About the role

The Engineering Sales Executive will drive sales of engineering products, equipment and project‑based solutions for industrial and commercial clients in Karachi. The role blends technical knowledge with business development to build long‑term relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering products and projects.
• Generate sales leads through market research, networking and client visits.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to design customized solutions.
• Negotiate commercial and technical terms and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in engineering, industrial or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of engineering products, industrial equipment and project‑based sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to read technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Self‑motivated with strong business development capabilities.
• Valid driving licence (advantageous).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
