English Language Instructor (Project-Based)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic English Language Instructors to join a high‑impact educational project across Punjab. The role involves delivering engaging English lessons using the internationally recognised Berlitz Method in a full‑time, classroom‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immersive English language instruction utilizing the Berlitz Method.
• Facilitate active learner engagement and manage day‑to‑day classroom activities.
• Conduct regular learner assessments, evaluate progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, including daily attendance and project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education (Graduation/Masters in English, Linguistics, Education or a related field preferred).
• Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, facilitation, or classroom management is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken and written English communication.
• Dynamic presentation and classroom control capabilities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 120,000, based on experience and evaluation.
• Full‑time schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, six days a week) on a 4‑week project contract.
• Opportunity to teach across multiple locations in Punjab.
