English Teacher – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our on‑site team in Lahore. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons in literature, reading comprehension, grammar, and writing, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines.
• Teach English literature, reading comprehension, grammar, and writing skills.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that motivates students.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to improve academic performance.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues about progress and concerns.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent‑teacher conferences.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and disciplinary matters.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as an English teacher (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
• Proficiency in using classroom technology and educational tools.
• Strong organizational and classroom‑management skills.
• Passion for teaching and creating a positive educational environment.
