Enterprise Account Manager – Government (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of government contracts for a global software development leader. Working remotely, you will partner with federal, state, and local agencies to drive adoption of our enterprise platform while ensuring full compliance with public‑sector procurement rules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies targeting government stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities across federal, state, and local agencies.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet specific government procurement requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to contracting regulations, reporting standards, and compliance obligations.
• Track pipeline health, manage contract renewals, and report on revenue growth metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record in government sales, business development, or account management.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. federal, state, or local procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and public‑sector spending data.
• Experience selling enterprise software or technology platforms.
