Enterprise Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Application Developer to design, build, and support enterprise‑grade business applications across collaboration, ERP, workflow automation, and identity management platforms. The role involves delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise applications and business solutions.
• Implement and support platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 or Odoo ERP, ServiceNow, and workflow engines.
• Develop and integrate applications using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Automate business workflows with BPM tools (IBM BPM, Camunda, Flowable) and orchestration platforms.
• Configure authentication and authorization using IAM solutions like Okta or Keycloak.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support knowledge‑transfer activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 6–12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, platform customization, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
