Entry-Level Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

Concord AI builds local-first tooling so AI coding agents can coordinate using shared presence, claims, messaging and task memory. It is hiring an entry-level full stack developer to work remotely on its web product and supporting APIs. The team is small and works asynchronously.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the web product and supporting APIs.
• Ship small, clear PRs covering UI, backend endpoints and basic data models.
• Work with modern web stacks such as TypeScript/JavaScript, React or similar, and Node or similar.
• Help with documentation, examples and polish for open-source tooling.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a small remote team.

Required profile

• Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript or TypeScript skills; React and Node preferred.
• An end-to-end project you can explain.
• Clear written English and reliable internet.
• Curiosity about open-source software and AI-assisted development tools, and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework and core HTML, CSS and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Foundational backend skills, REST APIs and client-server architecture.
• Relational or document databases, data structures and basic query patterns.
• Git and collaborative code review workflows.
• Software testing fundamentals, debugging and maintainable code.
