ERPNext Developer

About the role

Sarmaaya Digital is seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer to design, customize, and maintain its ERP ecosystem. The role involves building custom modules, integrating third‑party platforms, and migrating data from legacy CRM systems while adhering to Frappe best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules such as Accounting, HR, Payroll, CRM, CMS, and Helpdesk.
• Design and build custom Frappe apps tailored to specific business use cases.
• Plan and execute data migration from third‑party CRMs and legacy systems into ERPNext.
• Build and maintain third‑party integrations (APIs, webhooks) to keep ERPNext synchronized with external systems.
• Configure webhooks for real‑time communication with internal and external services.
• Integrate Stripe payments and GoHighLevel with the ERPNext CRM module.
• Write clean, well‑documented code following ERPNext/Frappe standards.
• Optimize SQL (MariaDB/MySQL) queries, reports, and database structures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Solid experience developing custom modules, DocTypes, server and client scripts, reports, and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage data migrations and third‑party integrations.
• Independent worker who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
