About the role
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer to lead the design, customization, implementation and optimisation of ERPNext solutions for our organisation. The role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure ERP applications.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and customise ERPNext modules, DocTypes, workflows, reports, dashboards and print formats.
- Integrate third‑party systems via REST APIs and web services, and manage deployments, upgrades and backups.
- Optimise database queries, system performance and architecture, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4–6+ years of ERPNext development and implementation experience.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Frappe Framework.
- MariaDB/MySQL, SQL query optimisation and data migration.
- REST API development, Linux server administration, Git.
- Docker, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines.
