Ethical Auditor (CSCA) – Supply Chain Auditing

About the role

QIMA is seeking an Ethical Auditor (CSCA) to conduct independent audits of supplier factories across Pakistan. The role focuses on assessing labour rights, health & safety, environmental compliance and other ethical standards to ensure our clients receive trustworthy products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform unannounced audits of manufacturing sites, evaluating compliance with international standards and client‑specific procedures.
• Identify and document any violations related to labour, safety, environmental security and other ethical criteria.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients.
• Participate in client meetings to develop custom quality‑control procedures.
• Contribute ideas for improving operational projects and audit processes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
• APSCA registration at CSCA level (mandatory).
• Recent experience (within 12 months) conducting third‑party audits such as SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP or mixed audits.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SA8000, ISO 14001, ICTI, C‑TPAT, WRAP and BSCI standards.
• Experience in environmental audits and third‑party auditing.
