About the role

Institute Cosmetique is hiring a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join its marketing team. The role covers social media strategy, content creation and account management, and suits someone passionate about digital marketing and social media growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Social Media Management
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
• Experience in the skincare, beauty, healthcare or aesthetic industry is preferred

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics and scheduling tools
