Excel Analyst – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a remote Excel Analyst on a contract basis to support a global leader in the Information Services industry. The analyst will work with large data sets, clean and transform them, and create visualisations that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Extract data from multiple sources and consolidate it into structured Excel workbooks.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy.
• Design pivot tables, charts, and interactive dashboards that highlight key metrics.
• Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver clear reports.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience delivering data‑driven insights in a business context.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and charting.
