Exchange and Cloud Engineer/Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Exchange & Cloud Architect to manage, secure, and optimize a hybrid messaging environment that includes Exchange Server 2019 on‑premises and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online. The role will lead migration projects and support broader cloud, server, virtualization, security, and backup operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the hybrid Exchange environment, ensuring seamless integration between on‑premises Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of Exchange 2019 to Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Manage identity and directory services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and Active Directory.
• Oversee Windows Server, Linux Server, and Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Implement and maintain email security, SSL/TLS, WAF, and backup/disaster‑recovery protocols.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft messaging, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Exchange Server 2019 administration and hybrid deployments.
• Proven experience leading Exchange 2019 to Microsoft 365 / Office 365 migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and awareness of AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
