Executive Business Process Re-engineering

About the role

The Executive Business Process Re-engineering professional will lead BPR initiatives across the organization, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements that drive cost optimisation, revenue enablement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate BPR projects, working with stakeholders from business, finance and technical functions.
• Identify and prioritise organisation‑wide re‑engineering opportunities using DMAIC, Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies.
• Perform advanced data analysis, extract and clean data from multiple sources, and develop insight‑driven reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel).
• Map current (AS‑IS) and future (TO‑BE) processes, pinpoint bottlenecks and design optimisation plans.
• Track project KPIs, timelines and action items, ensuring timely follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Support documentation of SOPs, risk controls and compliance for the CAD department.
• Conduct techno‑commercial assessments, including cost‑benefit analysis, ROI and business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of experience in business process re‑engineering, data analysis or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and deliver measurable business impact.
