SQA Engineer (Night Shift)

About the role

Digital Auxilius is looking for a professional SQA Engineer to join the team on a night‑shift schedule. The role focuses on building and executing test strategies, automating test suites, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a technical QA team.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of QA staff.
• Plan and drive software development and testing projects.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, providing solutions and support.
• Implement and maintain robust software quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate cybersecurity measures.
• Manage technology budgets and resource allocation.
• Work closely with other departments to integrate technology solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on testing experience, including test plan creation and manual execution.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers.

Required skills

• API testing.
• Automation testing with Selenium, Playwright, C# and Java.
• Load and performance testing.
• Mobile app automation using Appium.
• QTP/Selenium and other open‑source test tools.
• Bug reporting and tracking tools.
• Cross‑browser and cross‑platform testing.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL (bonus).
