Executive Coordinator for Senior Leadership Team

About the role

CCL Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Executive Coordinator to support its senior leadership team. The role ensures smooth execution of operational and commercial priorities across the organization through efficient administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for senior leaders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
• Maintain organized records, confidential documentation, and reporting processes.
• Facilitate communication between the leadership office and cross‑functional stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and others.
• Track action items, ensure timely follow‑ups, and support cross‑departmental coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of executive coordination or administrative support experience, preferably in commercial, sales, or marketing environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
