Senior Operations Specialist

About the role

Acasus is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to support its Pakistan team. The role bridges local ground operations with global functions, ensuring smooth administrative execution across procurement, finance, compliance, and office management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel, accommodation and security arrangements for staff.
• Draft RFPs, oversee procurement processes and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Serve as the primary local contact for the global Finance team, reviewing invoices and coordinating payments.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani corporate, labor and tax regulations and liaise with regulatory bodies.
• Maintain inventory of IT devices and office assets, and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate internal communications and align local practices with global policies.
• Conduct quality assessments of third‑party service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in operations, administration or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s corporate compliance, labor laws and tax regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Interest in international development, public health or consulting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (preferably SalesForce/Certinia).
• Experience using Tableau for data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
