Executive - Customer Success, Market Research

About the role

NielsenIQ is a global measurement and data analytics company serving consumer packaged goods manufacturers, fast-moving consumer goods and retailers. Its NIQ Customer Success team acts as the key link between the company and its clients, partnering with them to turn data into measurement and improvement. This full-time Executive position in Karachi sits within that team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage each client directly, answering their queries comprehensively and handling several projects at once
• Write proposals and research instruments based on the client's brief and their marketing or business problems
• Prepare reports with detailed preparation guidance and recommendations
• Carry out research, including knowledge of BH, U&A and segmentation studies, and build the analysis plan and framework
• Develop questionnaires and other research materials, and take part in planning and executing research projects
• Manage research projects end to end, from planning and data collection to analysis and report writing, keeping them on time and within budget and understanding the project costing framework
• Maintain a client-service orientation and coordinate day-to-day administration of client service

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in market research
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Management, Marketing, Business or a related field
• Experience in primary quantitative market research with practical knowledge of research methodologies in consumer research measurement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
