Executive Engineering Warehouse

About the role

The Executive Engineering Warehouse supervises the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Store, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, issuance and inventory control of engineering spare parts. The role requires knowledge of engineering spares handling, inventory management and warehousing protocols used in the pharmaceutical industry, and supports uninterrupted engineering and maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Warehouse teams
• Receive engineering spare parts and consumables according to established procedures
• Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)
• Issue spares against approved work orders and keep accurate inventory records
• Perform inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, run monthly cycle counts and ad hoc audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Maintain complete records of store transactions, inventory movements and stock levels

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Around 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of engineering store management
