Executive Facilities & Power Operations (ISB)

About the role

The Executive Facilities & Power Operations role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and high availability of PTCL's telecom infrastructure, including Huawei BSC systems and the associated power and cooling plants. You will work closely with network, transmission and RF teams to keep the 4G LTE network running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Huawei BSC6900/BSC6910 platforms.
• Monitor 4G LTE network performance, alarms and KPIs such as call drop rate and handover success.
• Troubleshoot network faults, outages and perform software upgrades, integration and commissioning.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on radio and power equipment.
• Maintain power plant and cooling system availability (target 99.99%).
• Handle O&M, fault resolution and risk management for power operations.
• Generate technical reports and documentation, and coordinate visitor activities in PTCL exchanges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or related engineering field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in telecom network or power operations.

Required skills

• Huawei BSC6900/BSC6910 configuration and management.
• 4G LTE network monitoring and KPI optimization.
• Network fault troubleshooting and software upgrades.
• Power plant and cooling system operation and maintenance.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Project management and technical reporting.
• Data analytics for performance reporting.
