Executive – Fiber Operations (Haripur)

About the role
PTCL Group is seeking an Executive to lead fiber operations in Haripur. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the transport network, ensuring reliable service delivery across long‑haul, metro and access segments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Haripur transport network, including fiber, long‑haul, metro and access layers.
- Lead the FMC team to achieve timely fault resolution and meet MTTR targets.
- Manage fiber deployment and expansion projects for new roll‑outs.
- Maintain and optimise network and power resources for efficiency and reliability.
- Utilise SAP for operational and administrative activities.
- Collect, analyse and maintain network data to support decision‑making.
Required profile
- BSc in Electrical, Electronic or Telecom Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecom network operations.
- Strong understanding of FTTH, CRM, GIS and Microsoft Office tools.
