Executive Inventory – Night Shift (Karachi)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive – Inventory to join our Karachi back‑office team on the night shift. You will support inventory operations for over 400 T‑Mobile retail stores across the United States, ensuring accurate stock data and timely replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Track and update inventory data daily, weekly and monthly.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages and overages.
• Assist store teams in maintaining accurate inventory levels and replenishment schedules.
• Monitor product movement and conduct aging stock analysis.
• Prepare inventory reports, trackers and summaries using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for new store setups and inventory transfers.
• Participate in audit preparation and basic reconciliation tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, logistics or retail support roles.
• Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM) and handle U.S.‑based inventory data securely.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools (a plus).
