Executive Manager – Technology Governance

About the role

easypaisa, Pakistan’s first digital bank, is seeking an Executive Manager to lead Technology Governance and PMO functions. You will shape IT governance frameworks, oversee audits, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and administer end‑to‑end project governance practices in line with the bank’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate with product and business teams to align roadmaps and delivery schedules.
• Manage vendor and in‑house collaborations to guarantee effective delivery.
• Conduct weekly governance forums with technology and business stakeholders.
• Track project delays, report to senior management, and digitize tracking using Smartsheet.
• Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and maintain the IT governance repository.
• Update processes and manuals to meet regulatory requirements.
• Own compliance risk management for day‑to‑day activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in technology governance and project management.
• Proven ability to implement industry best practices, including Agile and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
