Executive Network Operations – PCX (Faisalabad)

About the role

PTCL Group is looking for an Executive Network Operations professional to ensure business continuity for the Tier‑1 PCX site and power‑plant operations in Faisalabad. The role combines power‑plant management, fiber‑access operations and network monitoring to deliver uninterrupted service to both rural and urban customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the complete power plant (DG sets, rectifiers, batteries, AC units, solar systems, transformers) for Tier‑1 and allied PCX sites.
• Manage fiber‑access operations in the PCX area with a focus on improving customer experience.
• Monitor network performance, coordinate with NMS/NOC teams, conduct fault analysis, troubleshooting and rectification.
• Perform preventive maintenance on power‑plant equipment and access‑network infrastructure.
• Maintain AC units for indoor network equipment and ensure proper power‑protection arrangements (earthing, switching devices).
• Prepare fuel‑topping reports for DGs and generate MF reports.
• Coordinate health‑check and PAT reporting with the QA team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Power Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in power‑plant or telecom network operations.
• Technical savviness with a solid understanding of telecommunication infrastructure.
