About the role
We are looking for an Executive Sales Enablement & Training professional to lead the design and delivery of learning solutions that boost the performance of our sales force. In this role you will partner with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure the sales organization has the knowledge, tools, and methodologies needed to achieve growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and roll out comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing sales staff across all channels.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, coaching, and e‑learning initiatives to strengthen sales competencies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create up‑to‑date playbooks, guides, FAQs, and interactive learning content.
- Identify skill gaps through performance data and design targeted enablement solutions.
- Maintain a repository of training materials aligned with industry best practices and evolving sales strategies.
- Track training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics, and report insights to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales training, enablement, or learning & development, preferably within a telecom or technology environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable learning interventions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.
