Executive Vice President Development

About the role

The Executive Vice President – Development (EVP) is a senior leader within TCF, responsible for securing financial resources and volunteer support to advance the organization’s mission worldwide. Reporting to the Executive Team, the EVP shapes global fundraising, donor stewardship, and brand strategy across TCF’s country partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction as a member of TCF’s Executive Team, focusing on long‑term growth and sustainability.
• Design and execute a comprehensive global development strategy aligned with key performance areas.
• Lead and mentor senior teams across Development Pakistan, Global Partnerships, Global Development, Brand & Communications, and Donor Journey & Services.
• Oversee fundraising and volunteer engagement in Pakistan and TCF UAE, cultivating relationships with high‑net‑worth donors, corporate partners, grant‑making institutions, and volunteers.
• Collaborate with Country Partner boards to drive market development and ensure strategic alignment.
• Identify new fundraising markets to expand the donor base and increase global engagement.
• Chair the Global Leadership Team to align development efforts and execute fundraising strategy.
• Ensure excellence in donor and volunteer stewardship through analytics, process governance, and digital platforms.
• Lead brand and communications strategy to enhance TCF’s awareness and equity across all markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑performing development teams across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with a track record of building complex, diverse relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in business and market development within the nonprofit sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid financial management and analytical capabilities.
