Experienced Draftsman – Residential & High‑Rise Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Draftsman to produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings for residential and high‑rise building projects. The role involves translating architectural and engineering concepts into detailed technical documentation that meets client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop precise 2D and 3D drawings for residential and high‑rise projects.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs align with project specifications.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback and evolving specifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and local building codes.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and related project documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma (DAE) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience on residential and high‑rise projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction techniques.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software and related design tools.
