About the role

Msharib Shipping & Logistics (Pvt) Ltd is an integrated logistics service provider offering customized solutions to its customers. It is hiring an Experienced Professional for a full-time, on-site position in the Karachi Division. The role manages and coordinates end-to-end logistics operations, working with internal teams and external partners so that services meet agreed KPIs, contractual obligations and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including shipment planning, documentation, tracking and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across service segments.
• Maintain strong client relationships, communicate clearly and uphold company standards of integrity, transparency and customer-centric service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in integrated logistics or shipping companies, preferably in a supervisory or mid-level professional role.
• Experience in customer service, account management and maintaining long-term business relationships in a logistics or related environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and solve problems under time constraints.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of shipping, freight forwarding and logistics operations, including documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic data analysis for reporting KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
