Customer Service Representative (Night Shift) - Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

Yuni Rides, a transportation company coordinating safe trips for children and families across the United States, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatch Coordinator in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. The role acts as a central point of communication between drivers, schools, parents and internal teams, monitoring transportation in real time. It is an onsite position, Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a salary of PKR 45,000 to 50,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily transportation operations and scheduled trips in real time, and track driver activity
• Ensure routes and trips are assigned and completed, and coordinate trip modifications, route adjustments and driver reassignments
• Serve as main contact for drivers, schools and parents, giving timely updates and resolving service issues
• Support new drivers through onboarding, including documentation and compliance requirements
• Maintain records, reports and system data, monitor service metrics and escalate issues
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations and management teams to improve workflows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch operations, logistics, transportation coordination or operations support
• Strong verbal and written English, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Preferred: experience in transportation operations, school transportation, logistics coordination, fleet operations, dispatch monitoring, driver relations, onboarding, call center operations, CRM systems and scheduling
