Experienced Social Media Manager

About the role
We are looking for a creative powerhouse to own and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate lives and breathes content, can build strategy, and produce videos and graphics independently.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Shoot and edit short‑form videos such as Reels, Shorts and TikToks.
- Design eye‑catching graphics, thumbnails and other visual assets.
- Grow the community, drive engagement and convert it into measurable results.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers on campaign initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Strong video‑editing skills using tools such as Premiere, After Effects or CapCut.
- Solid design abilities with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva.
- Portfolio that demonstrates created content and the results achieved.
- Bonus: experience in fintech, trading or financial services.
