About the role

JazzWorld is seeking an Expert Investigations professional to lead internal investigations into misconduct, fraud and policy violations. You will manage the full lifecycle of cases, from preliminary assessment to corrective action, fostering a transparent speak‑up culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous fact‑finding and investigations into suspected non‑compliances, procedural violations and operational breaches.
• Draft comprehensive investigation plans, coordinate with VEON Group Investigations and gather evidence from internal stakeholders.
• Use data analytics and AI‑driven tools to identify patterns, detect anomalies and uncover electronic evidence.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports, secure approvals and present findings at governance forums.
• Identify compliance gaps, recommend corrective measures and follow up on disciplinary actions.
• Design communication campaigns and training sessions to promote a speak‑up culture.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate compliance investigations, fraud management, forensic accounting or internal audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFE or CCEP are preferred.
• Strong analytical acumen, exceptional interview techniques and professional discretion.
