Expert Process Management – Drive Business Excellence

About the role

We are looking for an Expert Process Management professional to lead the design, redesign and optimisation of business processes across our Enterprise Solutions division. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies and improvement opportunities.
• Design, document and implement streamlined processes that increase efficiency and quality.
• Identify and drive workflow automation and system integration projects in partnership with technology teams.
• Develop business cases, functional requirements and governance frameworks for digital initiatives.
• Use data analytics and visualisation tools to monitor process performance and generate actionable insights.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation, SOPs, process maps and repositories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of changes.
• Track key performance indicators and recommend continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business process improvement, re‑engineering or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects from concept to delivery.
