Export Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Export Executive to manage our sea export operations from Lahore. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling export documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, shipping lines, customs brokers and overseas agents.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end sea export shipments (FCL & LCL).
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as CRO, Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions and VGM.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, customs brokers and overseas agents.
• Arrange bookings, monitor vessel schedules and track shipments.
• Provide timely updates to customers and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Required profile

• Experience in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of export documentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Knowledge of export documentation (CRO, Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, VGM).
