Facilities and Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Facilities and Maintenance Manager to ensure our building’s interior and exterior spaces remain clean, safe, and fully functional. The role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership of a maintenance team and coordination of external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members and monitor quality.
• Conduct routine inspections to detect and resolve potential issues early.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of offices, conference rooms, parking areas, and outdoor recreation spaces.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Perform or support technical maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC problems.
• Coordinate specialized repairs with external vendors and contractors.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Oversee security measures in collaboration with security vendors or staff.
• Prepare facilities for seasonal weather changes.
• Work with building owners and senior management on budgeting for facility needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in facilities management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience supervising facilities or maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
