Fashion Designer – Sportswear Collections

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Lahore District focuses on creating and developing sportswear collections for the APOLLO brand. The Fashion Designer will lead concept development, sketching, and preparation of technical specifications to bring designs from idea to production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sportswear collections, from concept to final product.
• Create sketches, technical drawings and detailed specifications for production.
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to finalize samples and manage revisions.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the development process.
• Support visual presentation of products in stores and contribute ideas to enhance the overall range.

Required profile

• Strong fashion design skills, especially in concept development and technical drawing.
• Experience designing sportswear or activewear, including fabric selection and performance materials.
• Ability to conduct trend and market research and translate insights into commercially viable designs.
• Effective collaboration with merchandising, marketing, production and retail teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, time-management and organizational abilities.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related field.
