Fashion Designer – Women’s Apparel

About the role

WW Textiles (PVT) LTD is seeking a creative Fashion Designer to lead the development of women’s clothing collections. Based in Faisalabad, this full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with production and merchandising teams to bring fresh, market‑ready designs from concept to finished garment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal concepts and complete collections for women’s apparel, including sketching, fabric selection and technical specification creation.
• Collaborate with sampling and production teams to produce prototypes, oversee fittings and adjust patterns for optimal fit and comfort.
• Coordinate embroidery, textile finishes and decorative techniques to align with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Monitor fashion trends and market demands to ensure designs remain contemporary and commercially viable.
• Support quality checks on samples, providing clear feedback to ensure accurate translation of designs into final garments.

Required profile

• Strong background in fashion design, concept development and collection planning.
• Experience with textiles and embroidery, including fabric and finish selection.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fitting, pattern adjustments and size grading.
• Relevant education in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using CAD or similar fashion design software.
