Fashion Sketcher (Khaka Maker)

About the role

Zuria Dor is looking for a Fashion Sketcher to act as the visual link between creative ideas and finished garments. Each sketch guides design interpretation, pattern development, production planning and sample execution, so the role needs both artistic finesse and disciplined accuracy. It suits someone who enjoys sketching fashion regularly, understands garment proportions and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create neat, accurate and proportionate hand and digital sketches for new designs, translating designers' verbal or visual direction into final sketches.
• Keep detailing, proportions and finishing consistent, and revise sketches promptly after feedback.
• Work with designers, pattern teams and production coordinators, share sketches and support the design handover, keeping changes and versions clear.
• Organize digital and physical sketches with naming conventions, design codes and version control, and help prepare sketch sheets, mood boards and design presentations.
• Support brainstorming, provide clean sketches for MTO/RTW collections and capsule lines, and help prepare design lineups and season boards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in fashion sketching or design support; fresh graduates with strong sketching portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Good sense of fashion proportions, silhouettes and basic garment construction (non-technical).
• Detail orientation, creativity within the brand style, time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong hand and digital sketching.
• Basic familiarity with software such as Adobe Illustrator.
