Female Talk Show Host

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan, a registered matrimonial organization, is launching an online talk show on marriage, relationships and family life and is looking for a female talk show host to be its face and voice. The role is studio-based in Karachi, initially part-time or project-based with performance-based growth to full time, working Monday to Saturday between 2 PM and 11 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Host weekly recorded online talk shows in the studio.
• Interview guests such as counselors, scholars, lawyers, parents and couples.
• Research and prepare discussion topics with the content team.
• Cover topics such as marriage and rishta process, pre-marital counseling, husband-wife relationships, family and in-law issues, parenting, divorce and conflict resolution, emotional intelligence in relationships and social and cultural marriage trends.
• Maintain respectful and balanced dialogue on sensitive issues and represent the organization professionally and modestly.
• Take part in promotional videos and short awareness clips, and engage the audience in live Q&A sessions when required.

Required profile

• Female, age 22-40 preferred.
• Confident on camera with strong Urdu speaking skills (English is a plus).
• Good voice clarity, body language and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Pakistani family systems and cultural dynamics, and interest in marriage counseling and family development.
• Ability to handle sensitive topics maturely and respectfully, aligned with ethical and Islamic/Eastern family values.
• Prior hosting, anchoring, media or public speaking experience preferred.

• Salary of Rs. 85,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month depending on experience, skills and performance.
