Field Sales Executive (Women Preferred)

About the role

NENOW is looking for confident, energetic and result-oriented female field sales executives to join its growing sales team. This is a 100% field-based position, not work from home, based in Lahore. Selected candidates will visit markets, commercial areas, shops, restaurants, salons, boutiques, retailers and service businesses to introduce NENOW, explain its services, generate leads and onboard new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit markets and commercial areas daily and approach potential clients shop by shop.
• Introduce NENOW and explain its products, services and business solutions.
• Identify business owners and decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
• Demonstrate how NENOW helps businesses improve their online presence, sales, operations and customer management.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into paying customers.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.
• Build professional relationships with merchants and business owners.
• Update the Sales Manager regularly on daily field activities and coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and support.

Required profile

• Female candidates only; fresh graduates may apply if confident and well communicative.
• Comfortable travelling within assigned areas of Lahore, meeting new business owners every day and working in markets.
• Previous experience in field sales, business development, telecom, banking, SaaS, POS, digital services or merchant acquisition is an advantage.
