Field Sales Representative - Paints

About the role

Berger Paints is hiring a full-time Field Sales Representative in Lahore, working in a hybrid arrangement that combines on-site client visits with some office work. The representative identifies and visits potential and existing customers, presents Berger Paints products and builds long-term relationships with retailers, contractors and project decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and present Berger Paints products to customers
• Gather market intelligence and give feedback to the sales and marketing teams
• Prepare sales reports and keep accurate records
• Coordinate with internal departments so that deliveries are made on time and customers are satisfied
• Support promotional activities and local marketing initiatives as needed

Required profile

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Relevant sales experience in oils & lubricants, building materials or paints is preferred
• Ability to work independently, show integrity and represent Berger Paints professionally
• Comfortable with hybrid work, including travel within Lahore and nearby areas

Required skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, and customer relationship management
• Basic understanding of paints, coatings or construction materials, or willingness to learn technical product information
• Organizational, time-management and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage
